- Logistics Analyst
JOB DUTIES
- Analyze product delivery and supply chain processes to optimize the transportation process;
- Maintain purchasing tracking books and report data through utilization of multiple information systems to provide formal and informal activity reports to all international customers and to analyze costs of warehousing;
- Coordinate and direct international logistics and maintenance processes in Air/Ocean export processes, and perform analysis to meet program metrics;
- Design or improve lay-outs for the physical distribution of products and determine the most efficient distribution locations worldwide;
- Monitor and analyze test market studies to evaluate international logistics market performance of the company’s technology and services worldwide;
- Collect data on international purchasing activities and identify their warehousing needs. Based on this research, prepare reports to the management in order to formulate the company policies in response to the international market conditions;
- Coordinate and improve logistics operation procedures associated with scheduling and coordinating import/export products internationally by using warehouse tracking system;
- Coordinate and perform activities associated with 3PL, warehouse tracking system and EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field required
